Publications on the FAQ Method
- A. R. Jadhav & P. P. Chikate, "A new numerical approach for modeling the ideal fluid flow on computer," Proc. 48th Annual Congress of Indian Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, pp. 142-150 (2003)
Paper (260 kB) | Slides (254 kB)
This was a "light-weight" paper that was only meant to ease my admission into a mechanical engineering program, despite having had my M.Tech. in industrial metallurgy. But it did not help at either of the two most (self- and American-) praised institutes in India: IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore. The issue was not a low quality of the approach; it was: unmatching strings on the degree certificate: "mechanical" vs. "metallurg*"
Anyway, the following few papers would tell you better about what my Ph.D. research...
- A. R. Jadhav & S. R. Kajale, "Obliquity factor is not essential to the Huygens-Fresnel principle," e-Proc. 50th Annual Congress of Indian Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (2005)
